theCheeseWheel Posted August 5, 2017 Share Posted August 5, 2017 Now here me out, this would be for the thrill seekers out there, but, is there a mod that makes fusion core reloading manual? Just think, you're in the middle of a battle and your power armor starts beeping and shuts down. You gotta jump out and replace the used up core with a newer one! I'm sure it'd be pretty simple to make. Plus! You could create a custom piece for power armor that adds it back, but why you'd want that if you could just play the base game... Daynen Posted August 12, 2017 Share Posted August 12, 2017 Yikes. Would definitely add a critical concern when using power armor...I could appreciate this idea though. I actually think that forcing manual swapping, but allowing a mod (at the station, not in your load order) that gives you, say, an arm attachment to load cores there would be fair. That way, instead of hopping out and popping one in, you just eject it from your hand like a clip, then slam a new on into your bracer. you'd be sacrificing other mod slots for this "quick reload" feature, keeping it a strategic, Immersive choice that still requires consideration in battle, answerable through tinkering.
