Crossbows turned into one-handed weapons

All of my other weapons work just fine... I've been messing around with my mods trying to get this to work, but nothing will work. I can use my crossbow just fine without any issues in 3rd person, but when I go to first person, it's invisible unless I'm jumping/falling or hit right click two or three times. I've sorted my load order, ditched an animation mod, but nothing seems to be working.

The only change that I made was I deleted Borderless Window and replaced it with One Tweak. Other than that, I had the chaos of updating my Windows 10 computer which wanted me to reinstall Steam for whatever reason, so I renamed Steam to Steam2, then while I was waiting I opened up Mod Organizer to take care of some mods. MO complained claiming it couldn't find my Skyrim folder. Updates finished and I changed Steam's name back and ran Skyrim, but no matter what save I load and what I do the crossbow is broken.

EDIT: My mod list may be too long, but I decided to include it anyways. I have discovered this is definitely an issue with some mod. I made a new game with barely anything for mods and the crossbow worked fine. Then I went back to having all my mods and suddenly the crossbow was broken again on old and new saves. I can't imagine what mod would possibly cause this especially since my game was working just fine not too long ago. I'll go through the painful process of unchecking things, but if someone has any ideas on what to uncheck that would help a lot.

 

EDIT 2: After messing around and deleting mods I wasn't using, it suddenly works just fine... problem solved I guess?
