Bodyslide isnt applying to my character

Okay, so i installed cbbe, demoniac textures and body and bodyslide. Opened bodyslide, choose the preset of demoniac and then i did batch build. Waited a little until it was completed, then opened the game and the body mesh stays the same from cbbe slim. Why?

Are you looking at an unclothed character? Your post doesn't mention if you also installed vanilla outfit replacers.

Yes tried to look ona unclothed character, yes i have the replacers + some conversions for bodysliders of the armor mods and yes i tried some fixes from the faq but none did the job. A few months back this was working, now i only have the standard nude body and standard conversions.

Have you tried building the meshes to the BodySlide folder and manually moving them to the /character assets folder?

The only thing I can think of is that you don't have admin permissions for that folder; a known issue with Win10.

New to this so how i do that?

Ctrl+click Build with the 'nude' body and your preset selected. The femalebody_0/_1.nif should appear in the BodySlide folder. Copy/paste them to meshes/actors/character/character assets/ and allow overwrites.

I have two answers to your problem 1 you need to make bodyslide execute as administrator

 

Two when you go to create your body aka click build check the box right of BatchBuild, that says Build Morphs (you'll need this to see your body changes in game.

 

one last thing with the bodyslide Studio not the basic one that came with CBBE , there are numerious option just make sure you choose the approprate one for Morphs (durning install)

Just curious, did you ever get bodyslide to apply to your character? Because after switching to Vortex I've been having the same issue.

Bodyslide is applying to the NPC's but not my character. I thought I had figured it out. I thought Dragonfly bbp animations was causing this, after disabling and reenabling all the mods i got bodyslide to work, but after enabling mods one by one i found that dragonfly was affecting bodyslide on my character. well after playing for a bit then coming back the next day bam, no bodyslide applied to my character.

Old post but comes up in Google a lot. On character creation you have a light and heavy weight. Bodyslide refers to one of the two columns when you set the sliders. If you chose light weight and are modifying the right side nothing will happen and vice versa. This drove me nuts for a long time.
