LE Instant arrow notch and fire request

Hello,

I really like the archery in Dragons Dogma where you press a button and it shoots an arrow instantly. In skyrim you have to hold down the button to notch the arrow then shoot it. I played with player.setav weaponspeedmult but that only eliminates the draw animation. The notch animation is still slow.

 

In summary I want a hod to remove or speed up the notching animation so I can shoot a full drawn arrow with one click of a button without having to hold down the button.

 

Please send me the names of the mod if this has already been made.
