New Download Vanilla Frame Rate Drop and Crashes

Hi there, I just recently bought a copy of Fall Out New Vegas off of Steam, and am having a tough time getting it to run. I started to mod the vanilla game after watching Gopher's New Vegas Modding tutorials, and after a day or so of modding and getting the game to run, have come across a recurring issue where I either load a game or start a new game I experience terrible frame rate drops. I figured I messed with a file and decided to completely uninstall all my mods, the game and delete all files for the game. Then after downloading it again the problem persists and installing the performance mods do not help. I am not sure whether it is my system or just the settings not being corrected to my system. But i have deleted and re downloaded the game multiple times and cannot get rid of this problem. All setting s for the game are vanilla at the moment.

I am using the nexus mod manager, an am running the game and mods off of my (D:) Drive because it has more space than my (C:) Drive.

My system is a MSI 4T62VR Dominator laptop which includes a nvidia gtx 1040 and the following:

Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU 2.60GHz

32.o GBs of RAM

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Mods Used:

NVSE

Darnified

One HUD

UIO

MCM

NVAC

YUP

Poco Bueno Textures

Dynavision 3

I attempted to use FakeFullscreen and 4GB but could not get them to work

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance for any help given.

We REALLY need to see your sorted "load order" as produced by LOOT. With modded games, its the sequence, not merely the list of mods, which is the cause of many problems. Instructions are in the "How to ask for help" article, and "Checklist Item #11' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

If you are just starting out, please read the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article for some more general things that may not be sufficiently covered in Gopher's (really excellent) guide.

As you mention dropping FPS, taking a wild guess and suggest you see the 'Issue: FPS drops over time' entry in the previously linked "Troubleshooting" guide.
