Nice idea. A potion model would work. It'll can be made upside down so the hand looks like like it's holding the potion or the model can be shrunk down to fit in the hand another way.

Are there any custom meshes for potions that look like that? Because I can't think of any vanilla ones that do. Might be able to mess around with a potion meshes X,Y,Z values. Higher Y, lower X and Z.

what about white phial mesh ?
Well, if there are no other options and with a different texture, it would also be nice
