I've made a few settlements now and have had a few minor issues that I've been able to clear up on my own but the problems I'm faced with now I can't seem to correct on my own. I made a new world space and turned it into a settlement. When attempting to activate the workbench in game I'm given the prompt to clear the area of enemies however, there are no enemies.I redid everything settlement related from the ground up but the issue is still there.I'm also unable to send settlers to my new settlements as they do not show up in the data section of the pipboy.
