Need help with Missing/See-through/Messed-up objects

Hi all,

 

I just finished all my FO4 steam achievements (didn't know there's a mod could bypass it) and started playing with mod (All mods are installed through NMM, no in-game installs) about a week or so. I've been following the general mods installation instructions and instructions for each single mod as well. Everything went pretty well except I am experiencing the following issue:

 

I started a new game to test all the mods I've installed and their optimal loadorder. Building Sanctuary with moded settlement objects, visiting moded player homes, and crafting new armor and weapons until I reached about lv 40 before I headed out of Sanctuary. As I discovering new places/cells, I found that some objects either background objects or interactable objects are having texture failures. Mostly it happens in interior cells, as far as I visited, Vault 95 and Cola-cars arena. Here are some screenshots in Vault 95. Please help me fix this, or let me know which mod is probably causing these problems. Thanks in advance.

 

 

Inside Vault 95, there's a vault-wall cell that is broken as bright as ****.

 

 

Inside Vault 95, in a washroom, there supposed to be 3 restroom stalls but 2 of them are missing and cannot interact with.

 

 

Inside Vault 95, same washroom, if I move to and facing the wall of the missing restrooms, the entire wall disappears and I can actually see-through the wall to the adjacent room.

 

I hope these 3 screenshots are enough to explain what happened, not willing to continue my game (discovering new places) until it is fixed. There could be much more similar issues exist in other places.

Problem solved, thanks for your concerns.

 

After hours of testing by disable/enable each of my installed mods, found that it was Scrap Everything made this mess. I should've not installed both core.esp and ultimate edition.esp, only the latter would work for all DLCs + vanilla. In addition, Scrap Everything has a built-in installation option to fix this problem, so I reinstalled it with this option selected, looks fine now.

THANK YOU for saving me hours of disabling mods to find the culprit. Cait's quest was uncompletable because of this.
