I was hoping someone who knows the game's files pretty well could help me.Let's go back to when the MGS Ground Zeroes trailer first went up in Japanese, https://youtu.be/ltH1eWxZutE?t=8m9s , that first codec call sent shivers down my spine. I was hearing MGS3 radio in effects in the glorious new FOX Engine. Well, I want to try and recreate that excitement and sound effect tease, I would like to replace all radio in/out sound effects with the traditional MGS3/PW radio in/out sound effects.
