Oblivion Crashes on New Game/Load Game

Hello!

 

I am attempting to play modded Oblivion for the first time. I am using Wrye Bash as my mod tool, with LOOT to sort out the load order. Everything seems to be alright on the load order end, and all mods with no numbers have been applied to the bash patch. All suggested/removed bash tags by LOOT are already in place for their respective mods. The only warnings of note that I am receiving from LOOT are "TES4Edit found X ITM records and Y deleted references" for all official DLC excluding Shivering Isles and "Book Jackets Oblivion" (not the BP esp).

 

The other things I have done are doing a clean reinstall and running the game unmodded with no issues as well as delete the oblivion.ini in my documents. I have placed the load order below, as well as attached my installers tab from Wrye Bash. Let me know if I can acquire any thing to aid in troubleshooting (probably won't follow up til after work).
