mod CACO compatibility without DLC ?

Hello everyone, i am a new user and I recently tried to test skyrim mods, my question is reusable for lot's of mods available on nexus :

I'm wondering if it's possible to play the CACO (Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul) mod without all the DLC required ( Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn).

I only have the skyrim vanilla version : 1.9.32.0.8 with hearthfire DLC and mods such as campfire, frostfall and unofficial patches. I'm using MO (Mod Organizer), LOOT (Load Order), I have clean my master files with TES5Edit and the only problem I noticed on MO is the 2 missing DLCs. Is it possible to play it without those 2 DLCs. Else, is there any old version of this mod just for the vanilla version and this DLC ? I have tried to search it on google but I'm not sure about what I'm doing (i'm not a pro user or something), so I'm asking for an advice.

Sorry for my bad english (i'm trying my best)

Best regards
