Crashing on load up

Every time i try and load up the game it goes to a black screen, the mouse loads for a few seconds, and then crashes to desktop. I'm guessing its probably because of a mod but i cant find anything thats conflicting with anything, atleast i couldn't, ill load the mod list down below but i have reinstalled it, verified the cache, and even not loading any mods and it still crashes.

Crash before main menu is almost always a missing master file. Load up your full load order in F4Edit, it will almost certainly crash - read the warnings it gives you as this will allow you to track down which master files are missing. You'll have to repeat this multiple times if the crashing keeps happening as you may have more than one master missing.

Having the same issue. Different mods and load order obviously but loading my full load order in F4Edit doesnt crash. Any tips?
