Start by pressing win+R, and then pasting: steam://nav/console2. A steam console should appear now, just paste the following line: download_depot 489830 489833 9112817575115766553. The v1.5.3 exe will downloaded to [...]steamapps/content/app_489830/depot_4898334. To actually restore the game fully to its previous state, you have to summon the core files as well. Those are 8GB, so would take a while.
