Like I said: clicking the link takes me to F4SE build 0.6.1, made for 1.10.40. F4SE was updated yesterday, so what else would it be but for the most recent update? Sometimes a web browser will show an old page if it's stuck in your cache, that's why I suggested refreshing your browser. (a.k.a. "refresh your page") Or, if that doesn't work, maybe try clearing your web browser's cache by using your browser's tools. Any way you slice it, the problem's on your end.
