Try and look around for an ENB with a more unsaturated colour palette?A desert is never going to be green-brown, it isn't the right type of biome. Fallout 3 and 4, however, are more marshy and earthy, and so lend themselves well to greens and browns, as opposed to Vegas' sunburnt oranges and pale yellows.
