Confused about why game will not start

Okay...I think it has to do with the 1.10.40 upgrade. Or did I add something I shouldn't have and should remove or change? Here is everything I have in my fallout4 folder...

I have had my game screwed up for a week (or more?) and can't figure out how to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?

 

EDIT...I have looked around at others' problems with the 1 10 40 stuff...and it does not seem similar to mine. When I load the game, it stays on a black screen for 10 or so seconds. The little icon turns into a blue circle...and then the game just crashes. No error messages at the end or anything like that.

Whats in your main folder is not really relevant. What mods do you use?

At first, I was using lots, then I cut down, then I tested with no mods...just the Fallout4.esm...still does not work.
