Collecting holotags - radiant quest

In Fallout 3 there was a scribe who paid for bringing her holotags (and another one who paid for books). In FNV NCR dogtags could be sold to NCR quatermaster or brought to legion officer as a proof of killing an enemy. In Fallout 4 holotags are just another junk item, despite they contain important information. I wish there was a similar quest.

 

To avoid adding new dialogue lines, the quest could be triggered by a note and instead of interacting with an NPC Nate/Nora would use some terminal - or maybe a dropbox would be a better idea, I don't know.
