Yo I did some scavenging and found this from one of the mod supporters who ported it himself. Follow these instructions i guess

ANNOUNCEMENT:

I managed to get this mod working for Skyrim SPECIAL EDITION and it is somewhat stable. Here is my guide:

SKSE AND SKY UI ARE REQUIRED FOR MCM FUNCTIONALITY

  • I first downloaded the CORE, CBBE, 1.3.4 Update files as well as the XP32 Compatible Skeletons files (ALL OF THESE FILES ARE FROM THE DEADLY MUTILATION SKYRIM CLASSIC NEXUS PAGE) and merged them all into one folder (Let the 1.3.4 update overwrite the CORE and Let the XP32 compatible skeletons overwrite everything.

  • I then optimized ALL the .NIF's in the folder using SSE NIF Optimizer.

  • Then I launched CK and resaved the .esp to update it for SSE.

  • Then I zipped the mod using the file structure DM.zip --> Inside the zip it is "Data" --> Inside that are all the files and .esp

  • I installed the .zip using NMM

  • I OVERWROTE the XP32 Skeleton since I already installed the compatible Skeletons provided by Lamer1000

  • Finally, I loaded DM AFTER XPMSSE.esp in the load order and Launched the game

Slaughtered all the guards in Whiterun using various weapons and all the effects were working as intended.

Here is my complete zip so you guys don't have to do some of the work I listed above: http://www.mediafire.com/file/7ufg737avvs011i/Deadly_Mutilation_-_CBBE_-_AIO_-_Classic.zip

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO is install my .zip and let it overwrite XP32 (IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR MY ZIP) and CBBE (ALSO A REQUIREMENT) and Load the Mod's .esp AFTER XPMSSE.esp in the load order. That should make everything work fine.

Please report back on this thread if you get CTD's or if there are any incompatibilities with other mods that you find (especially ones related to XPMSSE and CBBE)

Credits to Radiomasson for helping me out and Lamer1000 for the original mod.

OK.

(links for Skyrim Special Addition ONLY!)

1) The above works well.

2) Since people invested time in making this, I'll invest a few minutes to re-post in a way less experienced mod users may understand.

Regardless of what mods you have.

(if you have the mods below- please uninstall (or remove completely) and then install according to the order. Use the links, they are good for 12th February 2018.

Download CBBE

A) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/198

Install on NMM- Nexux Mod Manager

Then Download XP32 Maximum Skeleton

B) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988

Install on NMM- Nexux Mod Manager (overwrite any filed asked to be overwritten)

Then Download Deadly Mutilation

C) http://www.mediafire.com/file/7ufg737avvs011i/Deadly_Mutilation_-_CBBE_-_AIO_-_Classic.zip

Install on NMM- Nexux Mod Manager (overwrite any filed asked to be overwritten)

If you installed one by one the load order will be correct.

I am currently using around 102 mods and the game is running well with this mod.

NOTE:

If you do not like nudity- make sure you click always underwear when installing CBBE - sometimes it takes away from the game experience.

If you are still reading, I love you, player, though love the people making these mods, even more, so much joy and fun comes from playing the mods, thank you (if you are reading) for making this and for sharing.

The ESp for the Deadly Mutilations should be after the CBBE and XM32, though you should run LOOT after install.

Before you launch game, make sure esp in load order is after CBBE and XP32

I'm going to work on getting notifications from the threads I work on, I am used to communicating on TimeApp (SSEG) that damn app makes me forget everything, though it's useful!

download at your own risk- www.timeapp.ca

Here, I use this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988 I didn't get the time to test if it works with Deadly Mutilation, but it probably should work as the previous xp32 mod  Cheers !

I tried porting this over and include in my 200-mod load.

I noticed that either way DM is not compatible with XPMSSE. The problem is that DM has to overwrite XPMSSE, but this had some consequences like CTDs and the effects were only limited to head-crushing after I did some testing. I never managed to cut off an arm or chop a body into two pieces. I tested it on male guards.

Basically, XPMSSE should never be overwritten anyway because of potential CTDs. Letting XPMSSE overwrite DM instead would stop the CTDs, but then you could practically take DM out of the load order as you will never see its effects happening.

So in order to make DM possible in SSE we require some compatibility method with XPMSSE and preferably independent of the body type that is being used.
