So have a bunch of mods and now I got these weird shapes in Whiterun, Solitute and near Markath. I think they're supposed to be bushes. I tried deactivating SMIM, tried a shrub mod, but nothing. I added some photos.

Can anyone help?

you're probably missing some meshes and textures. i don't play skyrim anymore, i've no idea if smim affects the flora, but you could try manually copying the data files from the mod (smim or verdant, any other mod you might think is changing bushes or such) onto your game data folder. if they're packed in a .bsa, you could try unpacking it (bsa unpacker is there on nexus) and then adding the files. NMM is acting a little wonky for me recently, installing only half or none of the files, maybe that's what happened here too. good luck.

Download LOOT and sort your plugins. Your mods are very out of order. Also, you're missing Unofficial High Resolution Patch.

If that doesn't fix it, then you can find out exactly which mesh is affected by installing Mfg Console. After installing, just walk up to one of those broken objects, open the console (~) and click on the object with your mouse. Info should appear in the bottom-right corner about what object it is and the last mod to touch it. Purple shapes usually indicate missing textures.
