Why did my thread got deleted?

I posted a thread on fallout 4 mod requests and it got deleted just after i posted, i got no warning or notification of why it got deleted. I dont think i did anything against the rules for that to happen, however i would like to know what i did wrong.

Sorry i am new here and i had no idea it would be considered a problem since modders are used to take donations

Donations are allowed but users/authors aren't allowed to ask for them. People are supposed to donate of their own will. I am not a staff member but I would think it's so that the modding won't turn into a monetized business. Would ruin the fun of it and attract bad people if there's money involved.
