Infinite Loading in Whiterun

I just recently re modded my skyrim and when ever i try to enter anywhere in white run it gets stuck loading here is my mod list

if anyone has a fix for this it would be super appreciated

also loot is popping up with no errors and i have clean what has needed to be clean

So messing around and see what works and what doesn't the inn in whiterun and Jorrvaskr cause it to load forever and other places i can go into but when i exit it ctd but the auto save is outside. So i was like f*#@ it i'll do ther stuff so i went to fight the first dragon but it keeps ctd of freezing when i get close

Your Bijin AIO isn't set up properly. You should disable Bijin Warmaidens.esp, Bijin Wives.esp and Bijin NPCs.esp (but keep the loose files).

 

Also, I'm not sure how well Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul plays with Bijin and Males of Skyrim. You could try disabling NPC Overhaul.

 

Aaand, for crashes:

• Make sure you have the SKSE Memory Patch set up.
• Install Crash Fixes and be sure to read the description.
• Install Bug Fixes. Not absolutely required, but it has some nice fixes that aren't covered by USLEEP.
• Install Load Game CTD Fix. It fixes a thread race condition when loading save games.
• ENBoost - This gives you the memory management features of ENB without the visual effects processing. Not needed if you run an ENB.
• If you still have issues, you can monitor your stats with Skyrim Performance Monitor.

Although, a LOT of what Grospolina said is right on the mark

 

YOU CAN NOT USE THAT MANY MODS WITH OUT A BASHED PATCH FROM WRYE BASH

Since you are already familiar with LOOT, just do Steps 2, 3, & Appendix 1 ( if needed )

thanks that help i followed your guide for modding and it fixed a lot of problems but now i get random ctd when i open my map or buy things from vendors or fast travel i think it might have to something with skyui

Random CTD's like that are "usually" caused by removing a mod that the save used at one point

 

Also, when you rebuilt the bashed patched in WRYE, I hope you went through the list on both sides of the window and make sure to check marked everything that was needed

so i made a new game and started walking around and got a ctd when just talking to a vendor and i switch to my inventory and it crashed it also crashed when went to craft something. i made sure it was showing up on both the right and the left here is my loot

You're still crashing because Dual Sheath Redux HAS to be below the bashed patch file

 

Go back and read the description page for that mod along with these also just to make sure
