Fallout 4 VR Mod adaption?

Hello one and all!

Fallout 4 VR is here and so far so "not so bad". But who out there will be working on modding the VR side of the game. Imagine if Transfer settlements could bring over your creations from the 2D game to VR! Or our favorite texture mod :D

Is it even possible? Would there be enough players in VR to warrant the effort? I'm interested in your thoughts.

It would be seriously nice to have many mods as options in VR. It works fairly well for me, running a GTX970, but the atmosphere would be much improved if mods were able to be ported easily to the VR version. Manually installing them isn't something I'm interested in, so hopefully the Nexus client will get updated to handle them, and a category here for the VR version. This would also go hand in hand (I assume) for when Skyrim VR for PC is released next year and what it would take to get modding up and running for that as well.

I second these sentiments and anxiously await NexusMods making a version available to include VR for Fallout 4 in the here and now, and for Skyrim VR in the future PC version. Is there any chance of that occurring in the near future?

I thus far got CBBE, working. That's all we all really wanted right?

I've installed a second instance of NMM and pointed that at FO4VR. This way I can use that NMM to just do VR installs. Make sure you make a back up of your local FO4 appdata, as both installs of the NMM apply the load data there. When backed up clear that folder so you just get the files needed for FO4VR to copy across. Once you've completed installs, copy that data from the FO4 folder to the FO4VR folder. Don't forget to copy and paste your original FO4 appdata back in :D

:D
