Frosty load order

Hey just wondering if anyone can give me any advice on my load order, I am having trouble loading the nexus main area. The game keeps crashing as I load area, and I've tried de-activating all the mods. Could my load order have something to do with this? Game crashes on Nexus bug;

Cora:

- There is a bug with the Ponytail (whatever file uses the ponytail) the game crashes in the scene when you going to the Nexus for the first time after Habitat 7 (the scene where the Nexus it's all dark and empty where you meet Addison and the others for the first time).
