Screen shakes violently/goes white and black randomly

EDIT: NAC is causing my problem. Seems like it s#*! the bed when I installed it.

NAC is both good and bad
while it is a great visual enhancement mod , its weather system is way off.

If u want to avoid this issue I suggest doing so :
-Disable NAC weathers and use either the vanilla weathers or install true storms/vivid weathers with natural brightness
-Turn off HDR in the brightness and exposure window
-Turn off all the special effects in the misc section (Fake interior lighting is what causes things turning black but all the other effects also act a bit funny)
-Turn off Motion Blurr
-Turn on Lens aberration
-Adjust interior fog to 'weaker'

Now NAC should function as an advanced ingame visual enhancer.

I edit my message to confirm that the bug came from Nac.

by disabling the "Complex Hit VFX" setting in the "Misc setting" section, the problem disappeared for me.

i tried some options out, it was the sunglasses option for me
