Best tool to extract images from .TPF files?

I'm trying to extract PNG textures that I can work with in image editing from .TPF files, but so far I'm having absolutely no luck. I've tried uMod, TPFExtract, and ME3Explorer. No dice with any of them. Any other, better tools that will cooperate with .TPF files from just about any game or mod?

 

ALTERNATIVELY:

If there aren't any, for someone who has an obviously better handle on this than I do, can anyone extract textures from the PC versions of Devil May Cry 3 and Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition? I know that the first DMC4 was extracted relatively successfully.
