So you can train them and they can aquire the same sills as you. Then you could also switch between followers (or multiple followers at the same time) so you could train them separately, you could go back to them at any time and the would still have the same skills By extention it could be possible to choose (at the intallation of the mod or at the beginning of the game) wether you want to manage the skills of your followers yourself or you want to let them do it them selfs (randomly or whith a little bit of AI so they make logical desicions).
