Check your ENB effect shaders:

  1. In game, open the ENB config menu (Shift+F12 by default).
  2. The right pane is the Shaders window. Expand each one and look for a splitscreen effect that's enabled. I have one in EFFECT.TXT (Rudy ENB).
  3. Uncheck the option to turn it off.
  4. If you're happy with the results, click "Save Configuration" in the top-left pane.

If you can't find it, tell us what ENB preset you're using.

Wow, thanks! That worked! Letterbox and Kinematic filter were on. I still don't know why Letterbox only does half-screen; a splitscreen option was not displayed :/
