Fallout mods not working

my mods are'nt working and in the nmm it says that the mod is there but it isnt in the data folder when i download the mod like its supposed to be. i have all dlc and stuff for them appears in the data folder. in game my mods arent working either and its just vanilla. 

please help if you can.
