RumblestrutPig
I don't understand. Are you saying you don't have a Battery Mode? No, I do have a battery mode, as when I unplug the charger. However, I don't have the option to turn off that adaptive brightness option while with the charger plugged in. And in Power Options, there was no "Adaptive Brightness" pull down menu. Grospolina
Turn it off in battery mode. Some users say that this fixes it even when it's plugged in. It could be a bug or something.
Britz89
I am having this same issue, was wondering if you were able to figure out what is going on. I've noticed it numerous times on different computers, I don't think it is the monitor. Please let me know if you were able to fix this issue. Thanks in advance :)
ZauberinStardreamer
Also seeing this problem on my computer. The logo [modified to be a spinning gold one] is bright and colorful on startup, but as soon as the menu appears it turns darker and dull. Has occurred across two different monitors. I sorta suspect that it's connected to FXAA, because when the logo first appears, there is no apparent antialiasing, but once it turns dull the logo is antialiased. EDIT: nothing to do with FXAA Edited July 3, 2020 by ZauberParacelsus
