Getting CTD with my wip mod

I'm working on a horse stables mod. I'm testing it with a clean save in Skyrim se. When I try to move my character outside the cell I've edited, I get an immediate CTD.

 

I think the error might have something to do with navmesh or mesh textures?

 

Attached is a .pdf list of the errors I'm getting when I load my mod in Creation Kit. Can anyone please take a look and tell me what might be causing the CTD and how to fix it?

My mod is no longer crashing.

 

What I did was I opened it up in Creation Kit and ran a navmesh test on the offending cells with the information taken from the errors. I ended up deleting three bad navmesh triangles based on what Creation Kit found. I also realized I hadn't consolidated my landscape textures. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the crashing issue or not. Those two things seem to have fixed my particular CTD issue. I can now travel from my edited cells to adjoining cells just fine as well as fast travel. Thanks if you stopped by. I'm leaving this answer here in case someone else is having this issue.
