The small talk mini-game relies on reflexes not knowledge. Is there a way to change it?

 

If you have read the encyclopedia section on the topic. You  automatically win the mini-game. Example, you read about missiles and drone ai. You automatically pass the mini-game.

 

Else, what mods do you recommend?

 

 

 

 

I don't have a steam account so I can't get to there download. Nor I am going to do make one. Where?
