Word wall player homes

Hi, I am working on player homes that feature a word wall, three of them, with a small quest assigned and a custom shout.

The player can help nature reclaim lost splendor, or complete the experiments and subjugate it. At the Word Walls, the player has the option to free a Spriggan, who then will work for the player, or corrupt her, who then will also work for the player. Once a player corrupts one, the others are corrupted as well (otherwise the should would break). This will have impact on the options the player has in the home.

Home locations are chosen to be at useful junctions of streets, and beautiful landscapes.

One up the mountain near Dragon Bridge (extending to Clearpine Pond, and with a ladder or elevator to Dragon Bridge). The idea is an overlook up to Whiterun, Solitude, and towards Volskygge, outlook over the Karst river is rather limited.

One near Sunderstone Gorge with a ladder to Moss Mother Cavern, outlook over Lake Ilinalta, the Karst River and up to Eldersblood Peak.

The last one took some time to give a good location, but the cliff near the Shrine of Talos at Candlecrush Rock seems like a good location, with outlook towards Whiterun and the volvanic flats, I'd have to add a spriggan there for the story, and a buildable lift to the bend of the road.

Not entirely happy about this one, as the other two are at natural crossroads near vanilla spriggans. Mara's pond is another contender (I don't like the location because of the road access), as is the mountain between Kynesgrove and Brandymug Farm, but this places it a bit far outside the center.

The homes would not be extremely large, simply because I don't particularely like overly large homes.

I have an idea with a dragon claw door sunroof, but that will be too difficult to start out with.

One of them will be a "roadside ruin" with a word wall on top.

Another a nordic tower.

The third some caves behind the wall.

I would have the crafting stations in outside world, so you can actually appreciate the view, but have a small inside to keep load light.

Rescued Spriggans give warmth in the home, and use the Nordic Ruins sarcophages and urns as planters, Draugr as manequins, friendly beasts can be requested to join, and similar. They require less materials to build the home, but more time (as it is simply grown or converted). To make stuff like anvils and smelters, some convincing is required.

Burnt Spriggans simply burn wood or corpses, have eery lighting, open a rift where souls can be harvested like the soul cairn instead of farming, and no children can live in their homes. They make what they are capable of without complaints. They require more materials and like to be paid in filled soul gems to do something, but less time.

The shout would temporarily summon a Spriggan, with better Spriggan as the other words are unlocked. If they are corrupted, they will not be the happy green ones but ash spriggans or Draugr.

As I am only just learning to mod, I want to ask a few questions.

- Is this something people would like?

- What do people think of these locations, are they useful, and do they give the best views Skyrim has to offer?

- Does anyone know of restrictions of Word Walls being used in player homes?

- Is there a lore reason Spriggans should always be hostile?
