I don't just mean a body swap, but you get infected with the FEV and change. Maybe a small quest mod where you break into or are captured and taken to a Supermutant base and somehow get infected or dipped (going back to the original). The effect wouldn't just be turning green. Your strength and endurance special values should go way up and your charisma and agility way down. Human sized armors wouldn't be usable anymore but Supermutant gear would be. Maybe you could use the workbench to convert pieces of power armor into wearables. Anyway, just and idea.
