LE Recommended Graphical mods

Hello, I'm new at mods, I want my Skyrim game to look good. Its an old game (standard edition), and I really want it to look amazing. What are some recommended Graphical mods to install on my pc.

Also I do not want something super realistic, but I would like something more colorful and better lighting. As I said I'm new with mods I do not have any mods installed yet; I would really like to start with graphical mods to make the game look at least as good as the special edition.

My pc specs are

 

CPU: i5 7600k

GPU: GTX 1070

Monitor: 1080p 60fps

Ram: 16gb
