MrCaramelPants Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 I've been using a Dualshock 4 controller for some time with skyrim special edition, and have recently been trying out SKSE64 and SkyUI. I'm having an issue with controller mappings, where in the in-game controller mapping menu, there is no option for sneak ( which I normally have mapped to LB ), which (obviously) means I cannot sneak in game. Does anyone know of a work around, or if there is a file I could alter to manually set the controller mappings? Or even a mod which manages controller mappings which could fix the issue? cdcooley Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 If my guess is right it's a problem that the SkyUI version of the journal menu is missing some change the recently made. Fortunately those sorts of key binding changes aren't part of the savegame files. Disable SkyUI, start the game, change the settings and then immediately quit without saving. Then re-enable SkyUI and restart the game and play as normal. (What you don't want to do is save while you have SkyUI disabled so if the game autosaves just be sure not to use that save later.)
