CTD on Loading Saves (mods).

Need help. I've just recently figured out that i have Skyrim SE on steam. Didn't even knew that anyone who had Skyrim got one for free, anyways, tried to give it a go. Runned clean new game since i had no previous saves, it worked fine. So i added some mods and walked on some ctd problems when i was trying to start a new game or load previous clean save, but i fixed it, i was missing dll from vcredist2015, simply uinstalled all vcred's and installed again. Worked fine for a while and i have added more mods, few at a time and it was still running well. Recently i was doing dawnguard questline and right after i got Serana as my follower i couldn't equip an armor for her, she was only changing Hood but not body armor, so i've downloaded "Amazing Followers Tweak SE" hoping i will be able to change her outfit there, but when i opened mod's menu on serana game ctd. Tried to load any save and got ctd. Trying to start a new game - ctd. Even after uinstalling completely that mod, trying to run any of previous saves, using LOOT or tyring to clean saves with Fallrim tools. Uinstalled all mods, reinstalled game, tried DirectX reinstall and VCRedist reinstall, now i can start a new game but any of my saves get ctd. Any way to restore my saves? Here's my mod load order from loot.

EDIT: Also i have my roommate's character saves, which are also running just fine, only my char saves won't start. And we both played with the same mods on, only difference is that i used that followers tweak on mine... :/

Ok it's stupid and i'm confused right now. I spend just hours on trying to solve this and just after i posted that^ i tried one thing and it worked. I loaded my friends save, then pressed start>load game, switched to my char and my last save just loaded without crashing. Ill post this sere in case anyone has the same problem. And also i found a thread on this forum where guy also got same problem, and he put a list with his mods, where there was only one mod matching my list- Amazing Followers Tweak. So you know. :down:

Thank You! I have the same problem now. But i can't load my saves. Started new game, select character and save in the statue of Mara(alternate start). Trying to load and CTD. But i can start new games forever and play with them 10 hours or more...withouth problems. But when i go to sleep, i need to start again :(

Same. New game can play forever but ctd if i try to load it again..? Tried loot and still can't seem to figure it out

I deleted XP32 skeleton and reinstalled the previous version (4.20) of it and it seemed to have fixed it! good luck

Thank you so much, I found the other post that says to also delete the skee64.dll file but my saves finally load.

this fixed my CTD, thanks! would not have guessed skee being the culprit.

 

I was unable to load any(almost) saves, at least 5-6 autosaves prior to latest. Loading the saves from blank game doesnt work either and got so tired disabling and enabling my mods 1 by 1.

i noticed there was an SKSE save file added to the save games list (C:\Users\Gumbie101\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Saves\rk6UJL2k7), I have found that if you delete that SKSE file I was able to load my saved Modded games.

 

 

Update: deleting the skee.dll fixes the issue, BUT in game XPMSE, NIoverride, wont load.

I found this in my Skyrim.ini file

can anyone tell me how to fix this, or even where the "Warnings.txt" file is?
