She's a character who dies immediately, who doesn't have any impact on the story going forward, has no rigging or VA work.The point of their deaths is to show you that this world is hard and cruel, and that nonhumans in particular bare the brunt. AKA-their deaths serve a story purpose, letting them live to ease your conscience is not the point.The Witcher is all about choices between bad and worse. Had Geralt not intervened, all on the scaffold would die. But, because of his intervention, the elves are executed out of spite, and he can't save them, he's not all powerful.
