I'm fairly new to modding, and I was curious if it's at all possible to export and edit 3D models through Textools. It seems possible, but it looks like a need a program from Havok called Assetcc2.exe? Where would I be able to find this? To be more specific, I'm wanting to export the Female NPC hairstyle 201 part 0 (the horns), and I want to attach those horns to another hairstyle (Hyur Midlander Female hairstyle 2).
