Skyrim SE CTD when doing any tipe of save

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my lasts save in skyrim.

I was playing normally and I went to play the skyrim civil war, after the battle for markarth I came back to Windhelm and the second part of the quest "Blood On Ice" started(when you see a dead person near the main gate) after that I went talk with Ulfric for the civil war quest, then I completed the Blood on Ice quest, after this every time I've tried to save(quicksave, autosave or pause menu save)the game CTD (especially after I wait or fast travel) , I've tried backing old saves and not doing the blood on ice but it still CTD, is my problem on one of the quests? is it a mod related problem? is there anything I can do?.

I've already run a script cleaner(FallrimTools3.0.3) and Loot (no mods with incompatibilities except cloaks of skyrim who says that USSEP is missing but i've tried to install it and the game still CTD)

If necessary I can attach Papyrus But for what I see it doesn't help much
