Fallout 1 in Fallout 4, Anyone Want to Get Serious?

A Fallout (1) remake mod has been attempted many times. Such as Fallout - The Story, and Fallout 2161. None of them have *fully* succeeded. My question is, anyone want to get serious about trying this again?

This time in Fallout 4, and this time hopefully we can get somewhere. Comment if you would like to make this an official project, as I'm just spit-balling an idea.

If anyone would like to make this happen, I'd happily start us off, I would help in general management and asset creation.

while I hold a nuance of opinion regarding this line from Post#1 of this thread;

"None of them have remotely succeeded" (that's debateable and highly subjective).

 

I think it would be awesome, to show what Creation and modders can do,

to make a standalone mod like that...

perhaps, within the conceit of The Memory Den Virtual Holodeck partition...

(similar to Wolfenstein in Wolfenstein...)

I mean, we can already throw to side-games, so you could easily throw to the actual original FO1 & FO2,

on an in-game computer terminal as a 'holotape' hehe.

 

I also think JKRuse05's awesome Rangemaster would be a must-complement/requirement hehe.

Having seen the awesome of FO4 Who,

Soongs of the Wasteland,

and The Memory Den Virtual holodeck,

I think it is entirely possible to make homages to those other titles in FO4.
