housefan777 Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 Hey everybody! For a while now, I've thought of the possibly of a new staff being created by someone here someday. This staff should be called the Staff of Meridia, bestowed upon her champion like dawnbreaker & is one of her prized legendary artifacts which you should find in her temple after you've completed her quest & should also include a tome form with a spell called "Meridia's prismatic beam". Basically what this staff would do is shoot Meridia's light & a prism would be attached at the end of the staff acting as the light source. The light shot from the staff could have some functions similar to those of dawnbreaker, burning enemies & having extra sun effects on the undead... An explosion like dawnbreaker would also be cool, but its not a necessity in all honesty. It would be awesome if you could use it on your enemies, living & undead into an ash pile or disintegrating them upon defeat like some lightning spells. My idea of how the staff should look like, an appearance based of the Aetherial Staff from the Dawnguard DLC expansion, with a few possible texture or mesh changes, but I personally think it would be perfect if looked exactly like or similar to the one below, with the prism slightly larger. When you shoot the light, it would be really cool if it came out as a blue light like her prism's in ESO in the first screenshot or as continuous rainbow beam like in the 2nd picture. https://i.imgur.com/okTBEA7.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Lj1Yl3K.jpg I think this staff would be really lore-friendly & an artifact worthy of the prince of light, infinite energies & her champion.
