If I understand your question properly (100 queued downloads seems like a lot!), as far as I'm aware, acquiring premium status should not affect your download queue within Vortex. That said, the current limit in Vortex is 10 concurrent downloads, though most users should keep this number low as increasing it likely won't increase your overall download speed. Hope this helps!
