Trouble with TKAA and Adoptions

I've been using the TKAA child rework since the beginning of my recent play through and everything was working great until I started to get CTDs when leaving lakeview manor. I went into a panic and started disabling my mods one by one, including TKAA even though the problem ended up being climates of tamriel; So I reinstalled all of my mods. Everything was alright and I didn't get any CTD but the custom child I had adopted from silent moon camp wasn't at my house anymore, only Lucia. So I looked around to see if I could find her but couldn't, and my next move was to fast travel back to the camp I found her at and sure enough she was there. I killed all of the bandits at the camp, but I still can't adopt her again. She says "You're the best, can you be my mother?" but never brings up the dialogue for adoption. Also, when I return to lakeview Lucia will run up to me and say "Do you want to play with us?" like my other daughter is still there. I've been digging through forum posts trying to find console commands to get the adoption dialogue to come back up or to reset my adoptions somehow but nothing has worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Once I have found this on the internet but I don't know anymore where i found it. I have put it in a text file on my pc.

If that isn't enough to allow for adoption, try this:
Click the child you wish to adopt and type:
street kids: SetFactionRank xx004290 1
orphanage kids: SetFactionRank xx004290 10
where xx is replaced with the load order id of Hearthfire (probably 02 or 03)

Thank you SO much, I had already tried setting faction ranks and all that but never saw the stop/reset quest approach. It gave me the right dialogue and allowed me to adopt again, here's hoping I don't get weird bugs! Really, thanks a lot I spent a good 5 or so hours trying to figure this out on my own.

yea none of those commands worked for me. I was able to reset the adoption stage, but after I told Samuel and Hroar that I can adopt them, I don't get anymore dialog other than that they like the orphanage. I do have RSchildren and TKAA installed. Wonder if those are breaking hearthfire.
