Skyrim SE and using a NPC mod's preset in character creation

When playing Oldrim, ripping the preset face from an NPC mod and using it for your own character using RaceMenu was a breeze... However, after Google'ing and trying to find a method of doing this with Skyrim SE... things became a lot more complicated. Is there any way at all of doing this currently? I realise that there's a RaceMenu alpha but I'm unsure if it's enough to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
