Lore friendly PA Stats for FWE?

Could a brave and generous modder make a mod that changes the stats of Power Armor to be more like the one in Fallout4?

 

Something like:

 

Power Armor:

 

Weights 80 (Like in Fo4 xD)

 

Increase Strenght 10+

 

Decrease Agility 5-

 

Increase CarryWeight 92 (the PA supports its own weight when wearing it)

 

Radiation Resistance: 50+

 

Power Helmet:

 

Weights 12 (Like the Fo4 wiki says)

 

Radiation Resistance 45+

 

Waterbrething and Spacebreathing effects. (because PA its a closed vacuum to protect from radiation and the helmet is a glorified gas mask)

 

Compatible with the Night-vision of Fallout-Wanderers-Edition since it immersively helps with the Fellout-Pitch-Black-Nights, and it ads a healthy dose of T-51 to the BoS, the Outcasts and the Mk1/X-01 to the Enclave.

 

And more DR the more advance a PA is.

 

Power Model: T-45 T-51 Tesla Mk1/X-01 Mk2/X-02 Hellfire/X-03

Power Helmet: DR-25 < DR-30 < DR-35 < DR-40 < DR-45 < DR-50

Power Armor: DR-50 DR-60 DR-70 DR-80 DR-90 DR-100

 

To make one really feel that the brotherhood is using the most outdated (yet functional) T-45 PA model and the Enclave have the latest and best PA around.
