[mod request] Draw bow faster and stable aiming

Edited it for a few more requests.

1: I find the drawing bow animation and time really slow and want to speed it up by 30 or 50%.
2: And also request a separate mod that has a stable aim that doesn't sway sideways.
3: Half sprinting stamina depletion rate and twice the stamina regen (there is one for combat, but didn't see anything for running)
