I came across the weirdest bug I've ever seen and I have no idea how to deal with it.

First off, sorry if this is posted in the wrong section or anything. I have no idea where to post this at all.

Now, this has got to be the weirdest thing I've ever seen and I have no idea how to remedy this.
So I found this huge congregation of fishes and dragonflies and a floating door (https://imgur.com/a/9FgzE) high up in the skies above Bleakwind Basin, in the Whiterun plains.
And this heavenly group lags the HECK out of my game every time I go to that area.
~~Some info about the bug and the status of my game: ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
-Checking the formIDs of one of these fishes reveals that it does not seem to be bound to any of my mods in my modlist (they all start with ff-).
-Using Save Cleaner does not remove any of them.
-Here's my Modlist (https://modwat.ch/u/XG417/plugins). Note that despite my best efforts to reduce the number of plugins, I still ended up with 233 mods in my load order, so that's definitely not helping me in pinpointing which mod did this.
There are also some files that have been merged.
-While my save is at least 4 years old by now and has seen a lot of mod installs and uninstalls, this appears to be a very recent occurrence. Not sure for how long it's been there, but I discovered it around Feb 5, 2018.
-Not sure if this can be solved with Creation Kit, because CK seems to be broken on my end and does not start at all.
-Have not tried using TES5Edit for this, but I will soon.
If there's a very slim chance that there's 0.01% of you that somehow experience this same thing, uhh.... any ideas how to remove all these things in one go? Can it be done by console? Thank you for your time!
instead of checking the fish , why don't you check the door?
is it usable? does it lead to any specific place? was it placed by any specific mod?
on a side note , you mention that your save has seen a lot of mod uninstalls
this means that your save might be far more broken than you realize . removing mods from an existing save isn't a good idea on the best of times , and could easily break your game
you could try to start a new game and approach the spot , to see if the problem still exists . if so , you'll need to try and find the problematic mod
if the problem won't appear on a new save , it might be due to you removing mods from that save , and that might not be fixable
at the very least you should try this , and report your findings
