A mod changed Piper's appearance and I can't tell which one

I play on PS4, and in my current playthrough, Piper's appearance has been drastically edited. Rather than her default model, she has short, messy hair, glasses, and is wearing a blue shirt and bright yellow shorts. Her facial features are different also. I've tried to find out which of my installed mods caused this change, but none of the descriptions say anything about it. Would anyone be able to tell me which mod does this? I'm worried this mod changed other companion appearances as well. I'm listing every mod I have, in case it helps:

I had the same problem. I deleted a whole bunch from your list and I think the Modern Minuteman Military mod did the trick.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I did what you said and it seems to have worked. Piper is still wearing the summer shorts outfit but I can enter her inventory and make her wear something else.
