DLC enabled but not showing up in game?

I have the DAO Ultimate Edition and I'm just recently playing it on a newer computer, and for whatever reason the DLC is not showing up in game.

When I go into my journal in game and go to Active Content (which lists all the DLC/Dazips you've installed) all the DLC is there. It is the same when I check from the main menu and click Downloadable Content > Installed Content, all of the DLC is there and is checked (enabled.)

When I do look in my journal and look at quests I have active, under the Premium Content tab it only lists Soldier's Peak with a small blurb talking about how if I return to camp I might see Levi (which I have, many times, I'm currently doing the Redcliffe quests right now.)

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try/what could be causing this? Could this be related to Event Manager mods? I have quite a few mods in general, and if it is related to this I would try to remove any Event Manager related mods.

I just tried removing all of my mods and loading a save from Flemeth's hut. I still get the same error.

If it helps though I have mainly cosmetic/armor mods (like Pineapple Tree's Vibrant Colors or Additional Hairstyles) and then , Weapon VFX remover,

for Dazips I have:

Extra Dog Slot

Grey Wardens of Fereldan

Sleep Until Dawn

Dalish Mage Origin

Dark Times

Romance Bench

Improved Romance Scenes Alistair

Kirkwall Exports

Loincloth Fashion

Morrigan Restoration

RLS Fashion Bazaar

RLS Kirwall Emporium

RLS Swan Song

RLS Witcher emporium

Skip Fight

Universal Voices

Warden Trading post

Lock Bash

Hide Helmet

Utility Sack

and any other mods I have would be ones that remove VFX in combat or dialogue tweaking mods such as the Bi Overhaul mod (as far as I know, I've checked and made sure I don't have any conflicting dialogue tweak mods - I stay away from mods like Improved Atmosphere that have very little compatibility.)

(I would list every mod I have but, I have so many that it would take far too long and I'd imagine it would also be far too long for someone to read. So I just tried to give an overview of the type of content I have, to see what type of mod could likely be causing this issue.)

I've checked on my old computer, with all of the same mods installed, that the DLC shows up. I feel like it's either an issue w the game itself and how it was installed on my new computer, or an incompatibility with Windows 10 or something that is different on my new computer than my old one.

Will try later to copy game files directly from my old computer to the new one to see if it makes a difference.

I'm having this same exact issue as the OP and I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of this mythical solution that's referenced in the above post because for the life of me I cannot find it at all.

@Tallywyn; I *believe* we're all referring to this topic:

DLCs missing when using mods

But I'm not sure.

If that's the one, then gaymorrigan solved her issue by using a different machine and copying everything over from her old one. Which indicates that the problem was more likely something in her O/S configuration than in DAO or any mods.

Not sure if that helps in your situation...
