Trouble deactivating Poco Bueno on FOMM

Hello, I believe I messed up pretty bad. I installed Poco Bueno V5 (including the watertank retext, damaged roads and skeleton fix) I am trying to deactivate them, but unable to.

For example trying to deactivate the "Human Skeleton Fix" but I keep getting the message "A problem occurred during install: Could not find a part of the path 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas/Data/Textures/Clutter/humanskeleton01_n.dds'. The mod was not uninstalled."

I even went into data/textures/clutter and deleted "humanskeleton01_n.dds" and it still pops up (even when trying the reactivate option)

- I am really new to using FOMM, thanks for taking the time to help out and read this! -

Please see the wiki "Installing Games on Windows Vista+" article for why the original default Steam behavior of installing games to the "C:\Program Files" folder tree was bad (they learned better, and don't do that any more); and why "disabling UAC and running as Administrator" is NOT sufficient, with instructions how to move it.

This is an instance of the "shadow files" behavior that occurs when you ignore that warning. The game (and FOMM) simply do not realize that the "replacement" files have been placed elsewhere. In other words, they are being lied to by the system.

Easiest thing to do is unzip Poco Bueno and look over its file contents and just manually delete the files by hand from your NV data folder, i never use a mod manager to install basic stuff like texture packs and always keep a backup of your mods as you cant trust they will be here on the Nexus tomorrow (mod author gets banned, mod author has a tantrum and removes his mods and so on).
